When you hire Faenzi Associates, you work directly with Kathy Faenzi. As a clinical gerontologist who has spent her career assisting seniors, Kathy meets with clients for ongoing consultation and designs a working action plan focused on solutions for immediate or longterm needs. She provides compassion and a deep understanding of how the aging process affects both the individual and family members.
Once we have agreed on an effective care plan, Kathy may assign an expert care manager to implement and follow the goals set for the client. We have maintained a small business intentionally to assure compassionate, attentive care from each of our team members.

I have nurtured a deep-rooted passion for working with older adults since a young age and have actively pursued an education that comprehensively covers all aspects of the science of aging—ranging from the biological and clinical dimensions to the psychological and social facets. Drawing from my extensive training and hands-on experience, I am dedicated to preserving and enhancing the health and well-being of my aging clients with unwavering professionalism, genuine empathy, and the utmost integrity.
What I cherish most about this work is witnessing the profound transformation that occurs when individuals transition from the fear of losing their independence to acquiring the skills and resilience needed to embrace a new chapter in life. I celebrate these triumphs alongside each of my clients, affirming their uniqueness and letting them know that, regardless of the level of care they may require, they remain the remarkable individuals they have always been. They possess a wealth of wisdom and love to share with the world.
Beyond my direct client interactions, I have also been a steadfast advocate for seniors within our community. My involvement includes collaboration with Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly and serving as the Director of Community Relations at Sunrise Senior Living. Additionally, I have had the privilege of co-facilitating the Senior Roundtable of San Mateo County, further deepening my commitment to supporting the well-being and quality of life for older adults.
